Shipping FAQ

AllergyFree Foods ships our online orders using Federal Express.

All orders that require refrigeration during shipment (cheese alternative, cornbread, oatmeal raisin products) only ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure proper delivery. West Coast refrigerated orders are only shipped Monday and Tuesday.

All dry goods orders (Expandex, mixes, and gravies) ship Monday-Friday.

AllergyFree Foods employs use the YOURPAY secure server for each and every one of its online transactions.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress and Discover

All orders are processed at the moment of transaction.

In the event that a problem may arise during the processing of your order, please e-mail customerservice@allergyfreefoodsco.com to confirm that your order was received. Continuing to re-attempt your order may result in multiple charges to your credits card.

Each AllergyFree Foods product is free of the top eight food allergies as stated by the FDA.
