I wanted to let you and your company that my entire family loves Allergy Free Foods cheese substitutes, chicken products, multi purpose baking flour and expandex tapioca flour. The cheese substitutes have allowed us to enjoy a lot of foods that we haven't eaten, because they just weren't the same without cheese. The chicken products have allowed us to have a fast meal without having to cook all the time. My kids love the fact that they can now have a chicken nugget that looks like everyone else's. We even serve it when my son has friends over and they don't even notice the difference. THAT'S HUGE!!!! I just can't say enough about all your wonderful products. I hope you continue to come up with new things for all of us who have food allergies to try. Keep up the GREAT work.
